Airodek is a low-weight, high productivity, simple slab falsework system, suitable for slabs up to 700mm thick. Its quick, safe and simple assembly process enables one operative to erect up to 40m2 in an hour, significantly reducing construction time and labour requirements.

Applications

Airodek has been designed for easy assembly, transportation, storage and maintenance. It comes in four variants: Prop & Panel, Prop & Panel XL, Decking without Dropheads and Decking with Dropheads.

Key features

Quick Strike Pin
Standard Props (BS4074) have a quick strike pin which releases the load with a single hammer blow. This increases productivity and reduces noise pollution.
Useful Accessories
Spacing gates and tripods provide stability prior to placing infills to columns or walls.
Unique Crown
The unique crown securely locates the corners of up to four panels, simultaneously ensuring panels cannot be easily dislodged and minimising gaps between panels, which reduces grout loss.
Safety Up-stands
Toothed up-stands on decking beams provide secure location, and prevent the unintentional dislodging of panels.
Ply or Composite Face
Airodek panels are available with an economical plywood face, or a composite face, which lasts longer, provides a better finish and is easier to clean.
