Global formwork, falsework and ground shoring provider, RMD Kwikform is announcing its change of name to ALTRAD RMD Kwikform (ARMDK), alongside updating its brand colours to the recognisable red and white of ALTRAD.
This transition will happen over the coming months, as the updated identity and new colour palette is rolled out across all of the company’s materials and communications.
The rebrand follows the acquisition of the business by the services and equipment provider Altrad Group in October 2021. With purposeful investment and support for continual growth, customers will now benefit from the organisations’ joint approach to product innovation and engineering expertise.
ALTRAD is a globally recognised leader in the services and construction sectors, including process and engineering industries, oil and gas and power generation - with 39 per cent, the largest proportion of its business, in the construction and building market. With proven experience working with contractors and infrastructure partners, this creates numerous synergies between the two businesses, including a priority on health and safety, a focus on engineered solutions and a commitment to sustainability in construction.

When working with ARMDK, customers will still purchase the same proven products, from the same experienced team, with the same range of aftermarket support, but now a host of additional benefits will enhance the solutions’ offer further.
For example, the joint focus on health and safety and the habits that both organisations have instilled in their teams remain a priority, alongside quality assurance programmes and investment in research and development.
